Things I’ve been loving lately: the people I’m surrounded by, and the place that I’m in.

As a Fellow, it can be easy to get caught up in praying and thinking about the question: “What’s next?” … I have started praying each day for my daily bread rather than just bread for the days to come.

“Now in the morning, having risen a long while before daylight, He went out and departed to a solitary place; and there He prayed.” Mark 1:35

What if we’re not meant to fly through life? What if we were made to slow down and enjoy? To delight in God’s creation around us?

Among the many ways the Lord has been shaping me, the greatest has been growing my heart in thankfulness.
